There is a small (but expensive) store opposite the hotel selling limited drinks and. They have an extensive range of labelled / well-known spirits.

The poolside bar is open 11am to midnight with plenty of choice of cocktails. A word of warning - I do not consider the beach to be safe for children due to strong breaking waves, a heavy swell, a strong undercurrent and the sea-bed falls away suddenly. The beach is literally a minute's walk from the swimming pool. Beach towels were available daily, as were beach loungers and umbrellas free of charge. Afternoon tea was served daily and twice a week dinner was served a la carte in the upstairs dining-room, and the seafood risotto was truly delicious. There was plenty of choice at every meal and staff went out of their way to provide dietary alternatives. Meals could be taken inside the dining room (with open windows overlooking the beach and surf) or outside alongside the swimming pool.

Our room was on the 4th floor (409) and overlooked the beach, hotel bar and swimming pool. Rooms and towels were made up every day, though in our case not until the afternoon.Every member of staff was friendly, polite and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. Stayed for 10 days - and didn't want to leave!
